We’re hiring cross-functional, mission-driven people who can help Truselv scale hardware and software across hospitals and care homes. Below are priority roles for our Seed → Series A growth phases.
Technical leader to own product architecture across FOLDA, BEDBORD and TESS — responsible for scalability, security and integrations with hospital systems.
Build and maintain cross-platform apps . Strong Flutter and backend API experience required.
Design and maintain BEDBORD and TESS hardware, firmware and Android integrations. Experience with Android TV and IoT best practice preferred.
Lead product roadmap, user research, and accessibility for patients (dementia-friendly design) and clinical staff workflows.
Drive health facility relationships, pilots and ensure regulatory & data governance alignment (NHS DSPT, GDPR). Ideal candidate has NHS / CQC experience.
Manage hardware rollouts, pilot installations, and on-site technical support for partner facilities.
Acquire pilots, manage NHS tenders and build commercial relationships with care groups and private hospitals.
Turn usage & clinical data into actionable insights for care teams and demonstrate outcomes to partners and investors.
We hire for mission alignment, operational excellence, and real-world empathy. Interviews include a short technical / portfolio review (where relevant), a culture-fit conversation with the founding team, and a final discussion with a clinical advisor for patient-facing roles.
